Yes, I want you to love your flower and for it to always brighten up your day, so if you receive your flower and do not love it, please let me know within 7 days of receiving it. Email camille@camillesflowers.com and I will provide you a return shipping address. Please ship your flower back unworn and in its original packaging for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping within the US is $5 and international shipping is $20, both via my enchanted butterfly messengers with a little help from USPS Priority Mail!

✨How long does shipping take?

When I receive your order, I will beautifully gift wrap your flower (or flowers!) with its very own fairytale, a jewelry bag for storage and lots of sparkling flower fairy magic! Your order will ship within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

I ship via USPS Priority Mail and you will receive a tracking number when your flower ships. Please be patient as it is just one flower fairy (me) packing and sending your orders from my enchanted garden!

Orders shipping within the US usually arrive within two to seven business days, depending on your location. Orders shipping internationally might take up to one month, depending on your location.

✨How should I care for my flower jewelry?

My magical flowers will always be in full bloom with their sparkling and vibrant petals, yet like all flowers they are still delicate so please treat your flower jewelry with care!

Please be careful to not drop your flower or let it rub against other jewelry while wearing or storing it. Each sparkling flower arrives in a jewelry pouch which is a great place to keep it when not being worn.

Please be sure to keep your flower jewelry away from any moisture, lotion or perfume as this could make the bloom less sparkly and cause any gold or silver to tarnish…I want your beautiful flower to last forever so it can always brighten up your day!
